We have two main goals:
- to help people improve their lives and most importantly,
- to make sure they have fun doing it.
Running and jumping. Climbing and walking. Stretching and skipping. Laughing and playing... we've been doing it for thousands of years and it seems to have kept us healthy so far. So why are we obsessed with machines that leave us running on the spot and going nowhere?
