While he has successfully helped professional athletes achieve better results in their chosen sport, Simon’s passion lies in helping everyday people achieve their health and fitness goals.
Simon has built a team of professional personal trainers who share his positive people-centred ethos. All Jack Jones trainers are registered QLD fitness trainers with full insurance, to ensure all Clients are in good hands.
Most importantly, all Jack Jones trainers know how to relate to people of all ages, from different walks of life, build their confidence and make exercise fun, so that they WANT to participate.
