All of our small group sessions, whether it be our "Workout of the Day", Boxing Fitness, METCON sessions, ViPR, Strength & Mobility or H.I.I.T sessions, are programmed in-house by our team of seriously skilled professionals who know how to make training inclusive, individualised, inspiring and something you will want to do everyday!
Our amazing team will take the time to get to know you and we will find out what makes you tick - we want to understand your exercise history and most importantly, we want to find out why you want to train NOW and how we can help you hit whatever personal goals you have set for yourself.
Our group sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in duration and run every week day (early and mid-mornings, afternoons and evenings) and on Saturday mornings, and with 14 different session timeslots, we know we will find the right fit for YOU!
