Group Fitness Sessions
Great Fun in a Group
Forget countless other bodies in a room, no-one knowing each other's name...This is not exercise for the masses, this is not monotonous reps of the same exercise every time you come along. Group fitness sessions at Jack Jones are seriously fun and not like what you would have come to expect from a "class" situation.
Our group sessions are limited to 12-14 participants depending on the session type, which means the time you spend at Jack Jones is personal and programs are individualised.
Our group sessions are 45 minutes in duration and run every week day (early and mid-mornings, afternoons and early evenings) and on Saturday mornings.
