First to say a huge shout-out to Nat and JJs. I have been training and living with the JJ mantra for about 7 years I think (?) and the guidance and support I have received has been truly great! 

The focus on all round wellness, clean eating, movement and tribe network is what keeps working for me. This is my third challenge with Nat and JJs, and on reflection, each one had helped me continue to refine the way I eat, what I eat with less baddies (bullets excepted!) Some examples ... I gave up coffee two years ago for green tea, no/very minimal processed food or sugar in my pantry/fridge, much more fresh clean veggies, green juices, portion control, have embraced the cacao world and partake in less alcohol most of the time. No microwaving. The list goes on. It wasn't easy straight up but the great news is, and I know you all know, Nat promotes awareness and managing our lifestyle choices; it is not a diet. The things we learn help us maintain our wellness, even when we fall off the wagon (and I know I have at times), this mindset helps us get back on it. Nat you are truly inspirational and have been there for me when I have needed you. Thanks.

Change is not easy, especially if we want it to stick. But reprogramming/recalibrating our exercise and eating habits is in my experience, what gets results. I know as we get older, it can get harder to maintain our edge or things can throw us off track, but a healthy body, strong core and bright mind will help fire up resilience.

The Jack Jones challenge definitely catapulted me into a whirlwind of emotions and new experiences. I cried, I laughed, I relived all those doubts about my body and my abilities but through it all I learnt to celebrate success and use all the support I was given to become a better person in body and mind. When Nat told me about the Jack Jones Challenge, I knew this was what I was looking for.  I had already lost 39kg and I weighed just less than 90kg - my goal of 70kg was within reach.  Even though my focus was my weight, I never knew I would get as much as I did out of the Jack Jones Challenge.  I learnt new eating habits, found a love for cooking and experimenting with different foods, I lost weight and toned my body, I felt invigorated and had more energy, my eyes and skin looked and felt amazing, but most of all I made wonderful friends that helped and supported me the whole way through.
