A one hour session dedicated to enhancing joint health and optimising movement efficiency, with a key focus on the BIG 3 - foot/ankle complex, hips & thoracic!

This is not flexibility training and it's not stretching, but it is absolutely what anyone who moves needs, especially if you experience niggly knees, or suffer from plantar fasciitis, low back pain, shoulder pain, tight hammies or tight quads and especially if you can't make it into a flat-footed squat or touch your toes!
