Group training costs a little more than a standard gym membership and a lot less than seeing a personal trainer. It’s the perfect middle ground if you want to work to a set program that changes every day and have someone to coach you and inspire you – even professionals need a trainer to help them get the most from their training time.

If you’re not sure what you need please contact us to have a chat through your current exercise regime and goals. We usually recommend at least 3 sessions per week, then supplement this with specialist or outdoor sessions.
