Jack Jones Small Group Training Sessions cost a little more than your "run-of-the-mill" gym membership, but trust us, there's nothing "run-of-the-mill" about them!

If you are after results and you have some pretty set goals in mind, our Small Group Training Sessions are the perfect way to go - we program in-house daily, we Coach you and inspire you and we make sure that you are doing the sessions that are going to work for you! Yes, that's right....not every style of Training will get you where you want to go, so we'll let you know from the outset what the right fit is and why!

Note:

The National guidelines on Physical Activity recommend a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate activity a week plus 2 x Strength Training Sessions, so a great starting point for most people is attending 3 x Group Sessions each week in their first month with us, progressing to 5-6 x Group Sessions each week over time, if they are not moving outside the studio environment (Team Sports, Weekend Warriors), and only if their many other life commitments allow

REWARDS PROGRAM

The best way to keep your motivation up, especially during the cooler months, is to train with your mates!
That’s why we've created our REWARDS program - because we want you to keep moving....even when the sun is still sleeping...and to be honest, it's a small way we can also say thank you for being such amazing friends and clients!

Our REWARDS program is just like a frequent flyer program, except you earn points by doing things like referring friends, booking your sessions online, getting older....or helping us spread the word by talking about us on Facebook.

Ten points equals $1 which you can then use to pay for training sessions or any of our retail products - think cold-pressed juice, sauerkraut, straight-from-the-farm eggs, grain-free muffins and our own range of chilli jam relishes.

Here’s how you can earn points:

    Refer a Friend = 250pts*
    It's your Birthday = 50pts - think of it as "cake" sans calories!
    Facebook Post = 50pts**
    Facebook Check-ins = 5pts
    Personal Training Session booked online = 5pts
    Group Training Session booked online = 1pt

*Your friend must pay for a month of sessions or a pack of sessions for your points to be granted
