Our Coach-led sessions are programmed in-house by our team of seriously skilled & passionate professionals who know how to make training inclusive, individualised, inspiring and something you will want to do (and can do) every single day!
Our amazing team will take the time to get to know you and we will find out what makes you tick - not only do we want to understand your exercise, injury & health history, but we want to find out how your day-to-day looks outside the studio and how that impacts you physically and emotionally, what you do for fun and what you're really passionate about, and most importantly, why you want to train NOW and how we can help you achieve whatever personal goals you have set for yourself.
Our small group sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in duration and run every week day (early 5.30am and mid-mornings 9.00am) and on Saturday mornings as well. No two sessions are ever the same - we understand the importance of variability and we get you moving multi-directionally, with and without loads, mimicking real world movements - this is NATURAL MOVEMENT & FUNCTIONAL FITNESS at it's best!
We program whole body movements - yes, we train the body as one and we do not isolate and train muscles! Why? Because no matter your current health and fitness level, we want you to be functionally stronger so that you are better able to deal with the inevitable 3D of your daily life, your out and about activities and your sports.
